Safeguarding

Churches often organise occasional events, such as church lunches, suppers, discos, concerts, church fetes and others. The regulation of such events – whether by the local authority or by licensing bodies – is becoming more complex by the year; and the checklist (supplied by Churches Legislation Advisory Service – CLAS) is intended as a helpful list of things that organisers need to bear in mind.
Training
We offer a variety of training both homegrown and outsourced. This can include safeguarding, first aid, food hygiene, Holiday Bible Clubs, Bereavement Counselling, Trustee Responsibilities etc.
Sources we use include: Care for the Family, Evangelical Alliance, Scripture Union, Right Now Media, Faith in Kids, Hope Together, NCVO, 31eight, Stewardship and more.
